This policy explains what data AletCloud collects and how we use it. Your data stays on infrastructure inside Ethiopia.
1. Data we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, contact and billing information), and operational data needed to run your resources such as resource configuration, usage and logs.
2. How we use it
To provision and operate your services, bill you accurately, provide support, secure the platform, and communicate important updates.
3. Data residency
AletCloud runs on sovereign infrastructure located in Ethiopia. We do not transfer your service data outside the country as part of normal operation.
4. Payments
Payments are processed via Chapa, our local payment provider (supporting telebirr, banks and cards). We do not store full payment credentials on our systems.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share information only as needed to operate the service (e.g. payment processing) or where required by law.
6. Your rights
You can access and update your account information from the console, and request deletion of your account and associated data.
